Terms of Use

As a Freelancer, I offer a range of services including but not limited to web design, web development, graphic design, and digital marketing. Specific services and project details will be discussed and agreed upon in separate communications, such as proposals or contracts.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are expected to provide all necessary information, materials, and content required for the completion of the project in a timely and accurate manner. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide. Timely communication is essential to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the proposal or contract provided to you before the commencement of the project. Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. Please note that all payments made are non-refundable once the work has begun.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the project, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remains the property of the Freelancer until full payment has been received. Once the project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided by the Freelancer without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both the client and the Freelancer agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary information, business strategies, and any other sensitive data. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third parties without mutual consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Freelancer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. The Freelancer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to cease using any deliverables provided by the Freelancer and to return any materials or property belonging to the Freelancer. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the date of termination must be settled in full.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Freelancer’s local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

General

These terms and conditions are subject to change. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
